Dr. Catherine Curtain: Monday 8am-6pm, Wednesday 2pm-9pm, Thursday 12pm-9pm

Third Party

TAC, Work Safe, Medicare and DVA patients welcome and are seen by Dr. Catherine Curtain. You will need to have the appropriate paper work with you on your initial appointment from your referring doctor/practitioner. You will be charged at $70 (initial) and $60 (standard/return). This payment will need to be made on the day of your treatment. You will be issued a receipt  to take to your insurer/medicare to make your claim.
